The IPIN Global Secure Exit Strategy has helped source investors to aid with the complete renovation of the Kansas Buildings on Stanley Street in the heart of the famous Cavern Quarter of Liverpool.

Presented to IPIN Global members initially as "Evolution Liverpool" the high-end super-cool hostel aimed at the "quality on a budget" sector – we can now confirm the hostel is now open for business under the brand HOAX.

The building now has 244 beds split across 49 rooms (rooms available to sleep between 2 and 10 people) providing some of the best value for money accommodation available in Liverpool today.

HOAX Liverpool is not just a hostel though - fine dining is also on site in the HOPSKOTCH Street Kitchen & Bar

Paul Payne, General Manager of HOAX Liverpool said: "After all the hard work which has gone into developing HOAX Liverpool, it is great to now see the end product. As a result of the fantastic team we have here, from the construction team, right through to front of house staff, everyone involved has played a key role in producing a unique product which we are all very excited to be a part of and will bring something new to Liverpool."
